Our Trip to Rome

December 31, 2004    Jan 1, 2005

Our flight was on time and non-eventful, we arrived in Rome Friday afternoon and were greeted by our tour guide Alicia. I found a cash machine and withdrew Euros as we began our Roman Adventure. Alicia was able to secure us a reservation at a local small restaurant to bring in the new year. we originally thought there would not be a chance but after some cajoling we were set. seeing our tour guide on her knees as she spoke to the patrons at the restaurants assured us she had the emotion and dedication to meet our needs for this 3 day excursion.

Outside our Palace! Hotel Palace Ergfie

Our first nite we weren't too familiar with getting around. We waited for a taxi for about 30 minutes and finally on our way to the restaurant.
